The Founder

Michael T. Denisoff M.B.A., P.C.C., S.P.H.R. LEED-AP is an expert in the disciplines of strategy and business consulting, organizational effectiveness, training and development, executive coaching and human resource excellence.

 

In addition to traditional methods, Michael also utilizes some unconventional techniques, such as improvisation and survival training, to instill the skills necessary to succeed in business. He developed the executive training program, Leadership Live©, which is composed of peer coaching, role play and improvisation.

With over twenty years of experience, Michael has worked as a consultant with organizations across a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, technology, healthcare and service-related fields. Previous clients of his include NASA, Honda, Home Depot, Parke Davis and IBM. Michael is also regularly retained as an executive coach by CEOs and other high-level corporate executives from the world’s leading corporations, including those on the Fortune 500.

In addition to being a highly sought after consultant and executive coach, Michael has succeeded in a variety of management roles within organizations. He was the vice president of sales for WATG, an international design architect firm as well as VP of Talent Management and Organizational Development for Luxottica, parent company to LensCrafters, Oakley, Ray Ban and Pearle Vision. He also served as the senior manager of organizational development and learning for Neutrogena, a global skin and hair-care provider. He also previously worked as a senior manager of executive and management training for the Fluor Corporation, a Fortune 500 company that provides engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance and project management services.

Michael began his consulting career with the Covey Leadership Center, headed by Stephen Covey, the renowned author of “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People,” where he worked with clients such as the United States Navy and Coast Guard, Merrill Lynch and Midatlantic Bank. From there he went on to Sprint Cellular where he instituted leadership development programs and designed the professional development path for the over 100-member management team.

Michael received his master’s in business administration from Loyola Marymount University and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Damewhere he was a member of its 1988 national championship football team. He attained his certification as a professional coach from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, as well as a professional certified coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation. Michael also earned certification as a senior professional in human resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute, an affiliate of the Society of Human Resource Management.
Michael is a multi-disciplinarian, as he has expertise not only in matters such as business consulting and executive coaching, but also in philosophy, music, athletics, improvisational comedy, social issues and primitive living
